How to Complete KYC Verification
What documents to prepare and how to avoid common KYC rejection reasons.
- 1
Prepare government ID
Use a valid driver license, state ID, or passport. The ID must be unexpired and show your full legal name, date of birth, and photo clearly.
- 2
Gather proof of address
A utility bill, bank statement, or lease document dated within the last 90 days. The address must match your account signup address exactly.
- 3
Take clear photos
Photograph both sides of your ID. All corners visible. No glare. If a selfie is required, hold your ID next to your face in the same frame.
- 4
Upload through the operator portal
Use the dedicated KYC section, not live chat. Upload each document as requested. Files should be under 10MB each, JPG or PDF.
- 5
Wait for review (24-72 hours)
Most verifications clear within 1 business day. If no response after 72 hours, contact support with your KYC submission ID.
- 6
Address any rejection reasons
If rejected: re-read the reason carefully, fix the issue (reshoot the photo, get a newer utility bill), and resubmit. Common failures: blurry ID photo, expired document, address mismatch.
